Prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK", Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The data controller is ATTUNE, as identified above ("ATTUNE", "we").

1. What data we process

Identity and contact

First name, surname, telephone, email, WhatsApp account, residence/project address, district and building details.

Proposal and project

The selections you enter in the proposal tools (home type, area sizes, specification, add-ons), survey notes, measurements and photographs, dimensional sketches, budget and timing preferences.

Human Profile™

Such as sleep rhythm, light and temperature preferences, noise sensitivity, daily habits and patterns of spatial use lifestyle data. Health data (diagnosis, medication, treatment etc.) only with your explicit consent and is processed only if you choose to share it; it is special category data under Article 6 of the KVKK.

Home Profile™

Light, sound, air quality, temperature and humidity measurements taken in your residence; photographs of the spaces and technical survey data.

Contract and finance

Contract details, invoice and payment records, Turkish ID / tax number (as required by law).

Site usage

IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, date and time (traffic records under Law No. 5651) and cookie data (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Who we share it with

Your data is shared only to the extent necessary and limited to its purpose: (a) with the engineers, subcontractors and suppliers we work with during design and delivery (relevant project data only; identity and contact data kept to a minimum), (b) with our accountants, lawyers and auditors, (c) with hosting, email and messaging infrastructure providers, and (d) with authorised public bodies where legally required. Confidentiality and data processing agreements are signed with every subcontractor and supplier. Human Profile™ data is never shared with subcontractors; only the ATTUNE design team has access.

4. Transfers abroad

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), e-mail and cloud storage providers may host their servers abroad. If you contact us through these channels, your contact data is transferred under KVKK Art. 9, within the provider's standard contractual clauses and the decisions of the Board. We prefer to receive special-category data (health) not over WhatsApp but verbally at the site visit or by signed form.

At the end of the retention period, data is destroyed periodically (every 6 months) in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your data is processed; if so, to request information about it; to learn whether it is used in line with its purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request its correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK art. 7; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis; and to claim compensation where you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your request, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by signed letter to the postal address above, or in person at our office by appointment via WhatsApp / telephone. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the process incurs additional cost, the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged. If you find the response insufficient, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

7. Security

Access authorisation, encrypted storage and transmission, regular backups, and confidentiality undertakings from staff and subcontractors are applied, together with the technical and administrative measures required under Article 12 of the KVKK. In the event of a data breach, the Board and the individuals concerned are informed within 72 hours.

Your consent for the two matters below is obtained separately and is optional; withholding it does not prevent you from receiving our services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

This site uses only the cookies required for it to function and to keep your selections in the proposal tool on your device essential uses no cookies other than local storage records. Essential records fall under KVKK art. 5/2-f, require no consent and are not shared with third parties. Should analytics or marketing cookies be added in future, a separate consent layer will be presented on entering the site and this policy will be updated. You can delete these records from your browser settings; your selections in the proposal tool will then be reset.

Informational purpose. The product pages, images, technical descriptions and proposal tools on this site are for promotional and preliminary information purposes; they do not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098. No content replaces architectural, engineering, legal or medical advice.

Health and wellness claims. Descriptions of neuroarchitecture, sleep, light, air and thermal comfort are design approaches grounded in current architectural and building-physics literature; they contain no medical treatment, diagnosis or guarantee of outcome. Make your health decisions with your physician.

Images. Unless otherwise stated, the interior photographs on this site are projects belonging to the design practices credited, used as inspiration and as a reference for the level of quality; no claim is made that they are ATTUNE's work. The project delivered to you is designed separately in line with your Human Profile™ and Home Profile™ and will not be identical to the images.

Liability. Reasonable care is taken to keep the site content current; however, to the extent permitted by law, ATTUNE cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the content, interruption of access or third-party links (WhatsApp, maps, referenced studio websites).

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute. The rights of users qualifying as consumers under Law no. 6502 are reserved.

The proposal process. The proposal tools are there for you to define your project; no prices are shown on the site. When your selections reach us, a meeting is arranged and a written proposal is prepared for you. After the contract and first payment, an on-site survey and measurement take place; the binding price is fixed in writing once the existing structure and services have been assessed and supplier quotations obtained. If the survey departs from the proposal, the client is informed in writing and no work proceeds without their approval.

Validity. Written proposals are valid for the period stated on them (30 days as standard). Changes in exchange rates, list prices of imported products and labour costs are reflected in new proposals.

VAT and taxes. Unless stated otherwise, amounts in written proposals include VAT. Any tax difference arising from a change in legislation is passed on.

Scope. The scope of the proposal does not include the items listed under "Out of scope". Hidden defects that could not be identified during the survey (damage to existing services, structural problems, asbestos, damp or mould, work built contrary to the drawings, and so on) and delays caused by third parties (building management approvals, the municipality, import customs, force majeure) are assessed through a separate variation order; in such cases ATTUNE stops the works and obtains your written approval.

Timeline. Stated durations are estimates based on standard delivery conditions. The binding schedule is set out in the contract; lead times for imported products, permit processes and client-originated changes are added to the timeline.

Payment. The standard payment schedule is set out in the contract (typically: 30% on contract — measurement and survey begin with this payment; 40% on design approval, 25% at manufacture, 5% on handover). Orders are placed in line with payment; in the event of a delay, the programme is pushed back by the same period.

Warranty. A 2-year ATTUNE warranty covers construction workmanship; products and appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty terms. Art. 474 et seq. of the Turkish Code of Obligations and the 5-year defect notification period for buildings are reserved. User error, third-party intervention and ordinary wear are excluded.

Consumer rights. Clients contracting for personal use in their own residence benefit from Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection; for contracts concluded at business premises, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke production or to products ordered after the survey, pursuant to art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. These exceptions are also stated separately in the contract.

Marks and methodology. The names ATTUNE, PRIMARY, WELLNESS, WHOLE HOME, Human Profile™ and Home Profile™, together with the associated methodology, question sets, measurement protocols and proposal tools, belong to ATTUNE. They may not be reproduced, derived from or used commercially without written permission.

Design copyright. The concepts, drawings, 3D visuals, details and technical specifications presented to you are the work of ATTUNE under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. Upon full payment of the contract sum, you are granted a non-exclusive right to use these designs solely for construction and use in the residence that is the subject of the contract. Applying the designs to another residence, handing them to a third-party contractor or publishing them is subject to ATTUNE's written permission. Should the contract end without payment, all drawings and documents are to be returned.

Mutual confidentiality. ATTUNE keeps all information concerning your residence, your way of living and your project confidential without time limit, and obtains written confidentiality undertakings from its team and subcontractors. In return, ATTUNE's price book, supplier list, detail solutions and contract terms are also confidential; the client does not share this information with other contractors.

Third-party images. The interior photographs used on this site for reference belong to the architecture practices and photographers concerned; they will be removed immediately at the rights holder's request. The telephone number or postal address above may be used for such requests.
